Eureka Springs Outdoors
Eureka Springs is a destination for outdoor fun. Here are just a few ideas for things to do outdoors:
Visit the Springs
Like small green jewels scattered throughout town, Eureka Springs is home to dozens of natural springs and pocket parks. Many of them have historic significance so be sure to look for bronze plaques that describe the rich history of the site.
Party in the Park
Basin Spring Park is the heart of Eureka Springs. Throughout the year you can hear bands playing in the bandshell. Live music can be found throughout town especially during events like Blues Weekend. Hang out in the park and see what happens next. Eureka Springs’ Main Street organization holds parties in the park during the warmer months.
Zip for a thrill
Zip through the Ozark Mountain canopy on lines that hover anywhere from 120 feet to 1800 feet above ground. Get more ideas with Zip!, Wow!, Ooo!, Roar! and Splash!

Wonder at a waterfall

Find what floats your boat
The Ozark Mountains are home to Beaver and Table Rock Lake and the White River and Kings River. Grab a kayak or canoe and enjoy the scenery from the water. Eagles are regularly seen flying over Beaver Lake, the Kings River and White River!
